Requirements for Repatration to Afghanistan:
1) Please provide letter with the Department of Homeland Security letter head requesting Repatration Document
2) One New passport application form . Should be signed by Applicant.
3) Three passport-sized photos (attached with cellophane tape).
4) Photo identification (i.e. passport, Taskera) indicating Afghan citizenship.
5) Fee: $104.00
Please also include the following documents:
1 Copy of the Order of the Immigration Judge.
1 Copy of forms: I-205, I-213, & I-110.
1 Copy of the Criminal Judgement.
1 Fingerprint Card.
1 Copy of the biographical Information.
