Working in a Call Center is no easy job. Aside from the good communication skills required, there are a lot of risks involved. Each of us humans has our own body clocks and usually the cycle follows the cycle of the day. Day is supposed to be intended for work and other activities and night is intended for rest. However, with the emerging industry of Call Centers, many of us went through a shift in life habits. Proven through researches, Call Center and Breast Cancer has a direct relationship. This is caused by the suppression of the hormone named melatonin. It’s a must then to closely monitor lifestyles of workers in Call Center so as to minimize the risk of acquiring Breast Cancer, especially common to women. Although there are some of us who are naturally nocturnal, it is but a very small percentage.
